Looking for the caves and bunkers
Well, if I were there and looking, I’d consider "where the air goes".
So we are storing very nasty stuff and we certainly don’t want to breathe it if it gets loose. A way to assure this is to engineer ‘positive circulation’ in my cave and bunker plan. Since air vents can be hidden (but not always easily) I will concentrate on finding them.
Without stating my process, I will propose that the air intakes are mostly within "Palaces" and these passage also serve as access by those who "need to know". The out-ports are at/near/included within the nearby Mosques. This would be consistent with architecture of the Mosques and their proximity to certain "Palaces". The storage area (bunkers) are most likely along a line varying no more than 25 degrees from the "Palace" to the Mosque. Probably located about 2/3rd the way to the Mosque. This would fit the necessary circulation science to accomplish this without the use of power. The passages from the bunkers to the Mosques would be much larger and would be sized to pass the equipment for construction and operation of this bunker. Intel and overheads of Mosque construction should tip off where to look.

It is reasonable to expect more than one active site. Different teams should work each site.
Sadam could easily allow air effluent to exit through the Mosques and, in case of leakage, blame it on the US.
Current resources (overhead and in-country) should evaluate:
Company assets on the UN Inspection Teams should arrange simultaneous visits to paired Palace/Mosques with boxes that are bio-active sniffer boxes (those photo-bacteria engineered to detect nano-trace levels) that can detect all prohibited substances in the air.
My map shows 3 likely sites. What does your map show????
