It's out of the water on 10/11/03 ...
As an incentive to buy, it is offered as a 'live aboard' to give a person the opportunity to 'try it before you buy it'. This plan will let you see if living on a boat could be 'your lifestyle'. Also, I would work a deal to let part of the rent apply to purchase. Presently located on about an acre of forested land about 12 miles from downtown Nashville. We had to take it out of the water to allow the "live aboard". Nearly all water nearby is controlled by Corp. of Engineers, USArmy. We now use it as a "guest cottage" while we wait for it to sell. Equipped with "shore power, water, and septic system", cable TV, wireless WIFI high speed Internet, parking, more than 500' from neighbors (and 200 feet from us) so you can work on your projects 24/7. You can even rent the site after you buy to make an orderly move to 'afloat'.... like retirement or change of lifestyle. Located in Nashville, Tennessee. previous price $42,000 NOW PRICED AT $28,000 OBO We will support a 2% commission to dealer representing buyer who will handle sale documents, finance, and USCG documentation tasks. Topside looking aft with 'signal mast' and 'working mast' stepped ( laid down for low sheds ). Working mast now 'off boat'. Signal mast supports the radar antenna and can have comm antennas; working mast on aft deck supports boom for handling heavy loads to the boat. These are 'add on' custom features... such as the reinforced aft deck allowing at least 20 people to be topside. ( 4-6 people will usually stess-out the roof structure of most boats ). No, we didn't clean it up for the picture
This vessel is a very comfortable live-aboard and serious travel type vessel with all the convenience of a condo. The safety of not having gasoline on board can not be overemphasized.

refrigerator is out of place and taken apart to allow replacement.
